According to the T-Mobile Support site, they'll be rolling out OS 10.3.2.2789 to BlackBerry Classic devices on their network. Of course, this is the same OS that was available for download earlier today without announcement. It was shown off by Dylan on his BBM Channel, and then T-Mobile's own COO Mike Sievert on Twitter and by Email.

BBM has been updated in BlackBerry World, bringing some cool new features and improvements. Since this build has just come from beta, not much here should be a surprise to those who've been keeping track:

Earlier this year, BlackBerry announced SIM-Based Licensing (ESBL) for 1O1O Enterprise Customers in China, bringing BES12 joined with their wireless monthly carrier billing.
