BlackBerry Acquires WatchDox

During the Q4 fiscal results, CEO John Chen mentioned that BlackBerry would continue to make acquisitions. Well this morning it has been learned that BlackBerry has acquired Israeli company WatchDox for an estimated $150 million. Additionally, BlackBerry plans on opening a research and development facility in Israel as part of the deal.
