BlackBerry and Typo Agree to Settlement

In January last year, BlackBerry filed an initial lawsuit against startup Typo Keyboards for patent infringment on the companies iconic keyboard. Typo responded by stating the claim to have "no merit", and intended to defend their product.

After BlackBerry won a sales ban in court, a fine of $860K was forced on Typo - payable to BlackBerry.
